From start to finish - a great experience. We had a pre-trip walk through where they showed us the details of operating the camper, generator, and equipment.
Delivery and setup were flawless - and the extra few minutes to walk through generator operations was a lifesaver because we found ourselves taking shelter during a thunderstorm - and very glad to have power!

It was a great trip. We fell in love with Kristen and her daughter Olivia. They walked us through everything and got us on the road with no worries. The instructions on how to set up the rig for a great wknd were very easy to follow. We will rent from Kristen again
