We are extremely disappointed in the unit we rented this past week as it was not as portrayed. It looked good when we did the walk-through but we discovered that there was no power for the unit. We had a hint that power could be a problem as the owner had it connected to his vehicle with jumper cables when we arrived for the check out. Apparently there was only enough to operate the demonstration of the "Slide" (tip out) and the Awning, and power the LEDs on the appliances, etc. because it WAS connected to the vehicle. There was no generator but as we have one, we were not really concerned. Apparently the fittings are not universal so our wouldn't work for the trip.
We could have had power if their battery had worked, and if propane [I don't know if the cooling, electrical, etc. would work with propane, nor if they had included propane--if they didn't, we could have supplied our own]
Without POWER we had no cooling, cooking, water system, ability to totally clean the dust of the road entirely. The Slide did not function, nor could we operate the awning in order to have some shade throughout those extremely hot days!

The trailer and everything does work. I specifically told them like I tell everyone to have a working brake controller. Since they didn't have a working brake controller or 7 pin receptacle, The batteries were not able to be charged with their vehicle. My ad also stated, No generator, so they should atleast provided their own (RV READY) generator and everything would of worked flawlessly. Bringing the wrong generator is their own fault. Since they don't have a working rv due to their failure to provide the proper vehicle and generator, They trashed my rv causing thousands dollars damage. Don't be these people. Make sure you have the proper equipment to operate these RVs.

Experience was good. Picking up and dropping off was easy. Trailer was mechanically sound and the perfect size for the two of us. Towed nice and set up was easy. Will definitely rent again.
