Ray was great and very accommodating. He had some things going on as it was pre xmas but agreed to meet us early and handover the vehicle early. We did have to give it a valet inside before we left on our trip as it was a little untidy however we suspect this was because Ray had some personal issues he was dealing with. His communication on this was very good though. Overall the experience was exceptional.
