This was a wonderful trip, but I won’t rent from this group again. The communication was very lacking and the help leading up to the trip was unsatisfactory. While on the road, we needed assistance, and it took over an hour and a call to customer support for a response. In addition to a language barrier, it made for a “learn as you go along” trip. Bugs would come in from the secondary air vents. The cleanliness (hair, dirt, and old garbage found around the RV and in drawers) and the drive of the vehicle lacked. The “kitchen essentials” provided did not have the essentials, and we had to stop on our trip to purchase. There were multiple times we had issue with the leveling jacks and the awning as well. All things that were listed as brand new and working in excellent condition were in fact not. Additionally, the vehicle is severely unaligned. The vehicle swerved lanes and made for a very dangerous drive. It would pull left constantly. Overall, enjoyed our trip but won’t be booking this vehicle again.

The Rv has everything you need and Lila is super helpful if you need anything ! It was our first trip in Florida with an RV, we enjoyed the Keys, the Everglades and Miami zoo, our 3 kids had the best time ! Thanks again Lila we will definitely rent your RV again !

That was our first time renting a RV and we had the best time ever! The RV was amazing and we had no problems with it. Lila and her husband were very sweet and reachable. My problem was with Outdoorsy tho. It was my second time with the app and they gave me the worst time!
