About Josh's RV rentals

My wife and I have been married for 19 years, we have 4 kids, 6 dogs, and 5 cats that often go on adventures with us. We love the peace and tranquility of Lake Tahlequah and the sites they have that we can see our kids fishing and swimming from the campfire. We enjoy everything about camping from sitting by the fire and cooking up a campfire stew in a cast iron pot to fishing, swimming and riding jet skis across the open water. We also enjoy walks of adventure in the woods and everything that an open campfire allows one to do from cooking to simply staring into the embers as the night fades away. There's nothing as tasty as sipping on a fresh brewed cup of coffee from off the campfire as the sun rises and the bacon sizzles in the cast iron skillet over the fire. Camping is something we hope to do for many years to come. Thank you for reading about us and for visiting our page. Happy Camping.

This was the most expensive camper we've ever rented from Outdoorsy, but because the pictures were beautiful and it seemed to come with a lot of amenities, we were fine with paying a little more. The fact that the camper was beautiful was really the only highlight of the stay. Before we even arrived, we were informed our quote did not include set up and tear down, and it would come out of our security deposit. When in our messages from June before booking this camper, we clearly stated that set up and tear down were needed, and the quote was adjusted. To remedy this Josh told us he would discount $50 off the set up and tear down fees, but charged us full price as the listing shows $150/each service, and $300 was claimed against our deposit. Towels were stained and covered in hair, so we needed to buy towels. No pillows were provided, so we had to buy those. No blankets, and the master bedroom had a fitted sheet and a sheet, so blankets were bought for that room. Then the bunk beds didn't even have a sheet to sleep under, just fitted sheets over the mattress. So blankets were bought for the bunk beds as well. We spent nearly two days when it was 85 degrees with no AC/a non-working thermostat, due to Josh not getting back to us in a timely manner, and telling us "that he thought he had fixed the issue, just wiggle some wires and it should kick back on." Silverware provided was also dirty. There was nothing for drinks of any kind, so we had to buy coffee cups and plastic cups. The kitchen faucet leaked our entire stay. The camper was so unlevel the master bedroom door could not even be shut without sliding right back open. The main light in the bunk bed room did not work. No trash bags, half a roll of toilet paper. Fireplace was finicky, but did eventually work. Issues with the toilet. The most frustrating part of our trip should have been practicing veterinary medicine, not the camper we paid a lot to enjoy. It was the most we've ever spent on a camper, and then the most we've ever had to spend to make the camper comfortable. Cost, after cost, after cost.
