This was my first time renting a trailer, and also my first time using outdoorsy. Although communication throughout my experience with this rental was reliable, the overall experience was not at all positive. I understand that sometimes the elements can take a toll on the experience of camping and the functions of an rv unit. With that in mind, I still do not believe that this trailer is maintained properly. I would not rent this rv again without thoroughly going through things like lighting the fridge, operating the furnace, and ensuring that the trailer brakes are operational with the owner present. I've learned a lot from this experience and if I could go back in time with everything as it was, I would not rent this rv again.
