Before the trip, I confirmed with the owner in writing that I could return the vehicle 3–4 hours later than the original drop-off time. The owner agreed, so I planned my entire trip around that arrangement. Unfortunately, the day before the return date, he messaged me asking me to bring the vehicle back at the original time instead. When I reminded him of our prior agreement, he reversed his position and insisted on the time stated in the contract. As a result, we had to spend the entire day rushing back just to return the vehicle, which disrupted our travel plans.

Very fun off season camping trip in Wisconsin for CPS spring break! Mickey was very communicative and accessible. It was my first time renting an RV so a steep learning curve but now excited to do it again!

The RV rental experience was great! The owner was very accommodating with picking up and dropping off the RV. I also received instructions on the features that eased my concerns with the functions of the RV.
