Kendrick was nice and followed through with the set up, communication was timely. It is a nice sized camper for 2 people and a dog. It worked and served its purpose: Considerations for the lower than stellar rating: The appointments were sparse - 1 trash bag, no paper towels, no silver ware except a package of plastic forks, very few towels, no dish towels, etc. Not that big of a deal, but the tanks were not opened and we could not get the black tank to open to discharge into the hookup so we had to be really careful for 5 days to not fill the black tank. The big disappointment was the after the fact charge for the $100 pet fee against my deposit. Outdoorsy advertises 'all fees included' with the pricing. I don't plan on loosing my deposit after the fact on a regular fee not taken upfront. I read the print again and it does say $20 per night for a pet fee. Which would be fine, but all fees are supposed to be included in the rental price. I paid for the fire pit and that was missed. The Pet Fee was taken, but the return of the fee for the fire pit was not yet returned.

Kedrick delivered the camper ahead of schedule, set it all up ready to go, and made our family camping trip smooth and easy. Highly recommend and will be contacting him again for the next trip!

Wonderful experience but I was charged extra delivery charged and was taken from my deposit. Mind you I was charged delivery fee on my booking.

Everything was perfect! He delivered early and was very helpful explaining how everything works. The RV was a perfect stay for me and my 2 friends! Definitely would rent again!!

I am a widow this was my first time doing this the trailer was nice but found out the oven didn't work I ran out of propane couldn't put on the heat was very cold no hot water for shower the other propane tank had a leak couldn't use and the front door didn't shut properly. Hopefully these things will be look at . I was just disappointed because I was by myself. All and all it was another experience Hopefully these things will be addressed thank you Carlene DeSha-Ginsberg

Kedrick was an excellent communicator throughout the entire process. The RV was exactly what we needed for our first beach camping adventure.

My children and I rented the RV for a 5 night stay at Hart Springs over the July 4th holiday. RV was set up for us when we arrived. It was clean. The host, Mr. Rhodes, was very responsive to any questions and addressed my concerns with the utmost urgency, even on the holiday. We will definitely be renting from Mr. Rhodes again! We highly recommend.

The reason for the dispute is the air conditioning in the RV stopped cooling in the middle of the first night. The ac would blow, it it did not cool. The temperature became 93 degrees. Also, the water never got hot.
