Our entire experience, from viewing available vans, to booking, to communication directly with Andrea before and during the trip.....was all extremely easy! I give Andrea an A++++ as a host. She delivered and picked up right to our hotel in downtown Jackson which mad a HUGE difference for us. She walked me through how to operate everything on the van. And the vehicle itself is awesome. Super clean and well-stocked with handy items like chairs, a cooler, pillows and bed sheets / sleeping bags. You should rent from her!

It was definitely a trip we will remember for all the best reasons. The van was very well equipped and we had more than we needed for our trip. Getting the additional tent and cooler was a good choice. The van was a please to drive and surprisingly easy. Now the kids are demanding we get an adventure van for every vacation.
