About Chris/Tricia's RV rentals
Meet my wife Tricia and I (Chris), and of course our dog Charlie, a Shih Tzu mix. We both love the outdoors and would love to share our experiences with our RV to renters that love to experience the outdoors as well.

This was my 3rd trip with this RV. Experience was amazing as usual. Chris is very knowledgeable and helpful.

Chris and Tricia were amazing to deal with. They answered any and all questions in a timely manner. The unit came as stated and Chris went through everything ahead of time to make sure that we were ready to take it on the road. Highly recommend them!!!

First off we stated several times this is our first rv experience and that we would not be hooked up to services, the owner assured us everything would be ready
The black tank was not empty and all we used was wash dishes once flushed toilet 4 times and one quick shower then the fresh water tank was empty
We purchased large jugs of water to fill tank and after 2 more toilet uses the black tank was full
The owner stated they were empty when we left 😞
Had to use port a potty test of weekend and not shower
He never told us about stability jacks so rv rocked every time you walked
The air conditioner took a day and a half to cool the inside then at night it got so cold we had to wake up and turn it off
The gas tank was not full and the radio did not work which made for a boring 7 hour 2 way trip
Called owner a few times and was not helpful
The slide out would not close because the batteries were dead
At the end I tried to contact owner to discuss issues and he never returned my call, just sent me an automated message stated he charged us $100 to empty black tank!!!
Not happy and just be careful if renting from them
Never asked for compensation

It’s unfortunate that your review and the truth are so far disconnected.
4 years of renting, 2 RV’s, 80+ customers, never had these issues.

Thank you Chris and Tricia! We had an amazing time in Algonquin Park with your RV! It rained off and on for 2 of the 5 days so having the RV kept us dry and warm.
All of the amenities were great, and we were very comfortable the whole trip!

From the very first contact w/ Chris and Tricia we felt very comfortable. We were asking so many questions in advance and Chris answered them w/ a lot of patience - thank you again. The RV itself was awesome. It was our very first RV experience. And with all the standard amenities we had everything we need to start the trip.
While we're on the road and had questions related to the RV Chris answered them immediately.
Overall the trip was a great personal gain for my whole family (2 adults + 2 teenagers) and we already think about the next trip. We can definitely recommend the RV and the Service from Chris and Tricia. Thank you very much for providing us the opportunity to use your RV.

We had such a great trip on this amazing RV! Chris was so helpful and walked us through everything. The RV is so comfortable and in great condition.
Will definitely be renting again!

We have had a good time camping during winter. The RV kept us warm and customer service was checking by text during the trip to make sure we’re enjoying the trip without facing any trouble definitely recommend 😊

Very clean with all the amenities you would need for convenience and comfort. We really enjoyed our fall camping. Chris was very accommodating to all our questions from before the rental till return. We would love to book with them again! Thank you Chris and Tricia!

Chris and Trish are awesome and so helpful. The RV was perfect for our trip out east and had everything we needed. It ran great and was comfortable. We will definitely use Chris and Yrish again. They were awesome!
