Firstly, Fidel was great. Very nice guy and generous with his time who went out of his way to make sure I got my trip started without a hitch (he lent me his when I got the wrong size). Second and lastly, the trailer was exactly what I expected and really easy to haul for a first-timer like myself. And clean.

Fidel was great to deal with. Brought the unit to my house. I towed this trailer with a 2019 Ram 1500 without problem.
