When I arrived at the RV, it was in very dirty condition. I mentioned it to the owner Andy who then started to wipe everything down with Clorox wipes. I explained that time was tight and him trying to hand clean the RV was not appropriate at the time. After deciding I would clean it with my wife later, I went ahead and accepted the RV.

I adjusted my schedule multiple times for your pickup, ensuring the RV was clean, sanitized, and ready.You signed the pre-rental checklist confirming its condition, though you were distracted during the handover on your phone the whole time. At no time during the rental did you reach out for help. You had all the numbers and the platform for support. Fridge: Fully operational at pickup; a quick reset would’ve fixed any issue. I was available to help. I reset it on return. Noise: Normal for a 36-foot RV; post-rental inspection found no issues. AC: Requires generator or plug-in power, as explained. It was incorrectly set on return Water lines: Functional; I’ll store hoses better next time. On return, the RV had a lit engine light (fuel cap issue), a damaged, dirty canopy, and unwashed dishes, requiring repairs that sidelined it for nine days. Your early return was your choice, as you stated to me before your departure. Facts and Data are the best response. I can sleep at night, can you?

This RV was perfect for our trip to Big Bend National Park! So much room & so comfortable! The bed is also very comfortable! The washer & dryer were an added bonus! Kitchen has all the essentials plus some. This rig is clean & very well maintained. Andy is a great host & so helpful! He even provided a little cheat sheet for set up. We will definitely rent this rig again!

Andy our host was nice and went over everything we needed to know about the RV. We had a great time ,the RV was very clean and well taken care of.
