Great motor home!! Everything was perfect even was able to get a little early pick up!! Just one thing to remember is Reset GFI outlet in bathroom controls power to all outlets. Had a great trip and wife and I are hooked on motorhome retirement after this, thank you Robert !! Great all the way around thanks!!

Robert was very helpful and it made our trip amazing! He helped us understand everything we needed to know about the RV and when a few questions came up during our adventure he was very quick to respond and help. Would recommend!!

It was our first time driving an RV and Rob was very detailed in explaining how to use it. He was accommodating with our time frame of rental. Just note to make sure to read the description regarding insurance. Otherwise we had everything we needed and we had a great time!

If I could leave less than 1 star, I would. This owner should be ashamed of himself for the way this entire transaction was handled. He did not meet me at the time he promised. He showed up 7 hours later and dropped of a key. No orientation. Apparently, he spent the day mountain bike riding. I lost an entire day of off roading with my family to wait for him. The second night the black tank was full. Apparently, it was not dumped and flushed out before delivery to us. I had to dump it myself around 9:00 at night. The toilet paper gets stuck after it is flushed, so the following evening it started clogging up again. I texted him the first time it happened and he blamed me saying I wasn’t putting enough water in while flushing. Then he stopped communicating with me knowing there was a problem. In the end, he blamed me for using an “excessive” amount of toilet paper. This, I can assure you was not the case. We were forced to use other RV’s when we needed to use the restroom.
I paid for a hotel Friday night so that I could make sure I would be able to meet him Saturday at noon. Again, he did not come until 7 Saturday night. He left the RV in the desert Friday night unattended.
He was supposed to pick up on Tuesday at 11am. I had the RV cleaned, sanitized and ready to go before that. I was ready to go at 11. At 11:45 he was still not there. No phone call, no text, no explanation. I left the RV there and told him where the keys were. He is now trying to charge me an additional $725. A portion of these charges are for damages he says I made to the RV. I took very good care of his RV, treated it as if it were my own. There were no damages and the fact that he is trying to charge me for them when he never met me at pick up or drop off is appalling. I will never rent another RV, or any vehicle for that matter, from this man. Be very careful when dealing with him. This RV is 21 years old and quite frankly should not even be used as a rental. Very disappointing

This is the first negative response I’ve ever had. She was complaining about paying for delivery and pick up from the first day. She was trying to get a discount on already agreed upon items and was doing everything she could to not pay anything and was making things up to try and get a discount for use and get out of paying for damages they caused which we have before and after pictures of. I’ve never had to charge for damages as we don’t pick every little thing apart but when you try and hide things you get stuck paying for it. There were no major complaints and she was happy with the RV until she couldn’t get it for free then she leaves a horrible review filled with lies. Read the other 9 reviews and you can decide for yourself what’s the truth.

Robert was very patient with new RV users. He said call anytime.... even at 3:00AM. That made us feel very secure. The RV worked 100% and they let us use everything in the RV.... paper plates, plastic silverware, etc. Can’t think of a way they could have made it better.

We just came back having traveled from Denver, Colorado to Lake Placid, New York. Robert and Tracy were fantastic! They covered every detail of the RV before we left, had it very well stocked with everything we needed, and were available immediately with the few questions we had along the way. The RV is in great shape and I can confidently say you can't go wrong with this rig and these people. Enjoy!

Everything about using the RV was fantastic, from making the initial reservation to our over 3,000 miles in 10 days through SD, ND, MT, WY, UT and CO. The vehicle performed beautifully and Robert was available to answer any questions anytime we had them while on the road. For an additional (very reasonable compared to shuttles/Uber) cost Robert and Tracy picked us up and dropped us off at the airport. Great value and great hosts!

This is the best rv rental experience we have ever had! The owners were very responsive and friendly. The pricing is amazing in comparison to other similar rentals. The rv is spacious, very clean and well-kept, and is stocked with everything you could possibly need! The mattresses were also super comfy. The owners even included a special birthday banner and cupcakes for our little girl after we mentioned we would be celebrating her bday on our trip. We can’t wait to rent this rv again in the future!

This was a perfect match up for us. The R. V. Was very clean, ran great, got really good gas mileage and seemed like it was only a few years old. The owners are great also. They are very prompt at returning any calls or texts back to you, and the initial walk through was very detailed and clear. We will remember this trip above most partially due to the camper rental being so much fun. And for the price, because it is a little more affordable then most the other ones, it is on the top of the list for us. Thank you guys for a wonderful experience!!! Hope to rent from you again in the future!

Working with Robert and Tracy was very easy for us. We are new to driving RVs and with their thorough check list and training, it gave us confidence and also a perfect experience with the RV. They are really the most helpful and nicest folks you will ever meet. Very reliable, honest, helpful and professional. We would 100% could rent again with them. The RV met all our needs and we had great weekend in it. 32' of RV fun! What a wonderful time we will never forget!

If you’ve ever stayed at a comfy B&B and were a little sad to be leaving, you’ll know how I felt driving my car away from the Reussow’s after returning their RV.
The hosts were fabulous!
