Even though I had checked in a week before the trip to make sure the RV was ready, it was not. It had almost no water in it, the black and gray tanks were not emptied, and upon further inspection, I found there was no power cord to hook it up in and the water hose was broken so I could not fill up the water tank. I then had to locate an RV supply store and stop and purchase the electrical cord and hose.

I had the service done at a new location and apparently they overfilled the oil. Kristina returned the RV with lots of damage, scratches on the cabinets, which were done on purpose. I had everything inside when I dropped off the RV and Kristina claimed that items were missing. The hose was not broken. She did not know how to use it. Be careful. Do not rent to Kristina. She wanted me to refund her for the extra days after she agreed to take the RV earlier. I have never had such a bad experience with any of my clients.
