Kaitlyn was awesome, very accessible and helpful. The trailer was great, stocked with the necessities and very comfortable.

There were very few cooking utensils. There were no pots to heat water. There were no eating utensils (the owner apologized and said she usually has plastic utensils but forgot to replace them). Plastic utensils are simply not satisfactory. They should be metal and if the owner doesn't want to supply them - then simply advise the renters so they can bring their own. There should be at least FOUR of everything - and this is not expensive to get.
The owner didn't advise what size of hitch ball to bring - ours was too small. Fortunately she lent her unit.
