We had a great time. The RV ran well and Melissa was very easy to communicate with. The linens provided were nice but the beds were a bit uncomfortable and hard. The extra chairs and rug were great and the electric skillet was something I never knew I needed for an RV trip.

We apologize with the unforeseen freeze that had happened in Texas a pipe had broken in the RV the day before departure. We did contact you and Outdoorsy immediately to try and get another option. We pride ourselves on renting our rig fully functioning to deliver the best trip experience possible.

Only thing is I recommend having a swiffer or some type of mop to help clean the floors during stay .

It was amazing! We took it to Crystal beach, Tx. Went on a ferry to get there and it was a free beach. We didn’t hook up for the weekend & The rv gave us no problem and had everything we needed and more! The RV was prefect in every way.
