Outdoorsy and our host Dylan Austin were outstanding! Our host responded right away to every question I had! Dylan is the best! With Outdoorsy, you get real people to talk to and they helped us through the whole process. We were new at this, and they completely put our minds at ease! The combination of the two was excellent!! Definitely using both again and again!!

We had the best trip ever with Murph!! She carried us through the desert, the mountains and along the coast for three weeks and we’d always choose Murph again. All the interior is beautifully made so you feel at home from the first second. The large bed is a highlight that you might not find in most of the other vans of this size!! Apart from that Dylan is the most kind and relaxed owner I’ve have ever met and provided us with helpful tips and was always reachable when we had questions. This was by far the best travel experience we ever had and we will definitely be back! Thanks Dylan and Murph :-)

We had such a fantastic experience renting this RV! The whole process was super smooth from start to finish, and the guidelines were very clear and well explained, which made everything stress-free.

Dylan is a great host, and Murph the Smurf is a great van. Dylan offered a well thought out experience, from the van setup to very reasonable set of rules/expectations regarding the rental itself. As a bonus, he has a demeanor that invites questions and encourages communication.

Murph was great but Dylan was an amazing host! Incredibly helpful and communicative. I will say that I think a pre-rental checklist would be beneficial to make sure everything is good to go before pickup. That said, please rent this van! Made an awesome trip with it and you will too! The van runs great, has a cool projector to cozy up with and watch a show after a day hiking, and the gas stove makes cooking a breeze! 10/10

My wife and I went on an 11-day excursion with "The Big Blue Bus". Dylan our host was terrific! The Sprinter was very functional and reliable! Our trip and experience were well worth it! (Making Memories) We highly recommend Dylan and The Big Blue Bus!! Safe travels!
