Great Experience from start to finish!! This was our first time renting and Steven was very helpful and available whenever we have questions. Retro trailer was very clean and easy to tow. Perfect for family of 4 with kids.

We've been thinking about purchasing a travel trailer but wanted to try out a few different options to see what would work for our family of four. With a work event coming up that allowed for RV'ing I jumped at the option to rent off Outdoorsy. After I skimmed some local options for pricing and availability, I contacted a few RV owners including Steve. Steve responded quickly and was very detailed in discussing any questions I had and even agreed to let me check out the trailer prior to confirming the booking, which was awesome.I can't say enough nice things about his professionalism, as I can imagine some owners just want to collect the $$$ and get you "out the door". For example, after I booked the trailer I received an email
from him with suggestions on truck accessories along with amazon links--perfect recommendations and a very thoughtful gesture. Steve provided a "renter's manual" with step-by-step process on installation, using the RV, etc, etc, which is helpful for a renter when there's 1k things to get done prior to a trip and trying to remember each step in the process of using a trailer/RV for the first time can be overwhelming. He also gave me a walk-through of how to use his trailer.As a business owner, I'm pretty good at seeing products that have value and worth the cost versus other products that are just a marketing smoke screen. One of the benefits of going through Steve is the trailer was loaded with all the necessities (save for food and your own clothes/toiletries) one would need for a trip. We camp a lot so we already had our gear ready for the trip, however for someone who doesn't camp very often, Steve and his trailer have a lot of value for the pricing.
