Incredible Host Who Truly Saved the Day!
We had a mechanical issue with our truck about 20 miles into towing the RV, and thankfully, Marcos was an absolute lifesaver. Not only was the RV perfectly maintained and easy to use, but when we called to explain the problem, he immediately came to our aid. He brought his truck and towed for remaining ~1.5 hrs, helped us safely reach the park and setup the RV. It was 8PM when i called him and he was there to help us. It was way beyond what anyone would expect from a rental host.

My family (2 adults, 3 yr old, 6mo old, and our puppy dog) used Marcos trailer for a trip to Garner! It was perfect! Everything was in great working order, and we couldn’t have asked for a better setup for us!
The AC keeps you nice and cool at night! Marcos had all the equipment we needed to get it hauled there and set up. He was very communicative, and made the whole process super easy!
The trailer was stocked with sheets and pillows, TP, some basic cooking utensils, paper plates and cups, plastic ware, and a table cloth! It’s got a great little awning and small table top outside as well.

Pros: Host quickly responds, Super clean, nice to have it delivered & setup in our camp spot, Electric awning.
Cons: Exterior door latch hard to open, found it odd no blankets/sleeping bags since we flew in from out of state, no coffee type cups for hot beverages. Overall a nice unit. Thanks Marcos.

Marcos and family were great host. They were available for phone calls whenever I had questions. He did a thorough walk through and made me feel very comfortable towing an rv for the first time. His sway bars and wireless brakes are a must as add ons as it made it extremely easy to maneuver and brake. Family of 6 and we were comfortable and kids loved bunk beds. I highly recommend and will use Marcos again for my RV needs.

Marcos was an amazing host! He communicated clearly and quickly, answered all my advance questions. And, when our truck broke down. He delivered and set up the RV at Garner State Park, so it was waiting for us when we arrived!
