Hi! My name is Jean-Luc, as the son of two flight attendants I've always had a passion for travel and adventure. Growing up right next to the rocky mountains has made for the perfect playground for all the activities I've fallen in love with. After living in my van for a few months, surfing everyday I figured I come make a little business out of renting this awesome vehicles out. Now I hope for you to enjoy my vans and make amazing memories just as I have.

We rented Connie for a week in Jasper/Banff and had the greatest time!! Connie was the perfect size for the four of us and all of our luggage. She had some quirks, but they made us love her even more! JeanLuc equipped us with everything we could have needed - pots, pans, towels, pillows, recommendations, and more! He was incredibly responsive and I would rent from him again in a heartbeat!

I rented the van for me and my parents visiting from Japan to travel through to Columbia Ice Field from Cangary airport late May. I was very happy to have a wonderful camping experience in the Rockies with my senior parents who had never done camping even their home before. Thank you, JeanLuc! You always responded and supported us during our trip. That was the biggest part that helped making our camping trip successful and unforgettable memory in the Rockies for them.🏔️😊🚙 ✨

We had an amazing family trip in the Rockies, and Zéphirin was a big part of it! He’s very practical, super clean, and drives really well! The size is perfect and it had everything we needed for 4 people. We were definitely a bit more cramped than if we had been just two, but the setup made it so that we had a great time together. It’s small enough to fit most campsites in the Canada Parks, which was very convenient, especially when we saw larger RVs struggling with difficult maneuvers. We all got attached to it and were sad to give it back! We highly recommend it for your adventures without hesitation.

My wife, our infant son and I spent 10 days exploring the Rockies with Doug this summer.
And we absolutely LOVED it! If you look for a spacious and charming van with loads of character, look no further! Jean-Luc is a very nice person an the perfect helpful host!

Jean-Luc a été un hôte incroyable. Très disponible et réactif tant avant la location que pendant. Nous avons beaucoup communiqué par messages, il m’a donné des conseils sur la région des rocheuses, ma très bien expliqué le fonctionnement de son Van, Doug! Le van était parfait pour deux personnes! Equipé avec tout le nécessaire pour 2 semaines de road trip: douche solaire, lit dépliable, table qui se range pour libérer de l’espace et se déploie pour manger, frigo, feux de cuisson, évier. Un très beau van de 1980 qui se conduit très facilement! Ecolo également car il roule au propane et on en trouve dans plusieurs stations (il y a aussi une application très pratique pour en trouver!). Bref, séjour parfait, je recommande Doug et Jean-Luc, l’expérience était géniale!!

We had an amazing time road tripping up to Jasper in Tia. She ran well, was cosy, and made our experience feel like a proper retro roadtrip! She had everything we needed for a great week exploring the rockies.

My boyfriend and I explored Banff and Jasper with Doug - I couldn’t be more pleased with trip! Since he runs on propane, a little extra planning had to be done for filling up the tank. But it was easy to find propane locations where we were in Banff and Jasper. Overall it was a great experience. Jean-luc was very attentive with any questions we had, and was flexible and worked with us when picking up and dropping off Doug.

We had such a blast taking Doug for a week-long trip through Banff and Jasper! We were continually impressed by how well-designed the interior was--it was extremely comfortable and convenient to eat/play/sleep all week long. We were also impressed by how well Doug ran and what great shape he is in for his age! Jean-Luc was a great communicator and so thoughtful. He even got us a bag of local coffee for our trip once he heard we were coffee lovers! 10/10 experience. If we ever road trip through western Canada again we hope Doug is available, and we would recommend him to anyone!

My daughter and I decided that a road trip from Calgary to the coast would be a fun way to celebrate her grade 12 graduation. I looked at a few other rental options before I found Outdoorsy. Immediately, I liked the camper selection and the overall business model of Outdoorsy.
