Overall our stay wasn’t bad and met the expectations. We ran into some issues with the camper locking us out and the overall cleanliness of the camper needed work. Blinds were dirty with significant grime build up. The listing pictures were what sold us, and it was definitely misrepresented. For the amount we paid, I expected a little bit- more. But it served its purpose otherwise.

We had an awesome time. Jason was so helpful in orienting us to pulling the camper, which we had never done before. He also was super accommodating with drop off and pick up.

AI photos did not match the RV in person. There were no accent pillows, additional blankets or rug. In addition, the host was not willing to accommodate reducing our trip by one day, even though they have a flexible cancellation policy. At the time, Justin was not willing to adjust the dates and later replied with a diplomatic AI response. Lastly, we selected and paid for delivery of the RV, as we do not have a hitch to tow. When we arrived, the RV was plugged in, but not fully set up at a full hookup site. When I asked about it, I was told that it's not that hard to do it myself. I then woke up to an additional AI-driven response with no goodwill reimbursement offered. The RV worked for what we needed, but the host experience was very poor.
