We wanted to have a motor home to view the recent eclipse on April 8th so that we could be mobile. Unsure of the weather in any particular area, we wanted to be able to move to a sunny area should clouds move in. We had such fun renting our RV from Charese! As we picked up the camper, Charese took us through all of the systems and how they worked, which is quite different from a house. If we couldn’t quite remember how things worked, she was readily available to help by phone or text, and if we had needed it, there was tech support for on the spot repairs. It gave us peace of mind that we weren’t going to go it alone should we have a problem. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely return to Charese for our next adventure!

My husband and I are both registered nurses who worked on a Covid unit of a very busy hospital. Working in this environment made us realize how short life can be, so we decided to take all the trips we've always dreamed of. One of those trips was to take a road trip to Colorado and see Tyler Childers at Red Rocks. I immediately did my research and discovered Charese's RV and it was perfect for my husband and I! Charese was a wonderful host! After arriving to Colorado we had an issue and she helped take all the stress of that off our shoulders and we were able to enjoy the rest of our trip with no issues! I would recommend Charese and her RV to anyone! Thank you for helping us make this trip a reality!

This was our first RV experience. Our host, Charese, was very accommodating. All we needed to bring was our food and clothes. Everything else that we needed was in the camper. When we had an issue, she answered our call right away and the problem was solved. Definitely would recommend.

Charese was an amazing host and had great communication. She was easy to talk to and work with throughout the entire process from beginning to end.
During our trip the rv’s ac broke and Charese was quick to help us with mobile mechanics to rush to repair the issue as well as offer to put us in a hotel for no charge while the rv was being worked on.

It all started with this crazy idea of renting an RV and traveling from Atlanta to Sylvania Georgia for a Spring Break get-a-way with me and my 4 sons. Never mind the fact That I had never driven an RV or ever been in a RV. After soliciting information from several Outdoorsy RV host, I settled on this beautiful 2018 Forest River Coachmen Freelander, hosted by Charese Taylor. After several inquiries and questions about the RV, she assured me that even an experienced first timer could make it work. Her prompt and informative communication was extremely helpful and reassuring in the decision-making process. I pulled the trigger, and the Trip was a Go. The pick-up process was seamless. The RV was centrally located and very easy to get to. I was given a full walkthrough. The amount of information initially seemed overwhelming; however, she was patient with my questions and made herself available for any issue that may occur during the trip. I also opted for the full coverage Insurance which gave me an extra layer of protection from the unexpected. Her final instructions were to “Drive like you’re not in a hurry”, and I was off to my destination. Once the RV was presented to the children, they were blown away. Charese had loaded the RV with age-appropriate games for the kids and almost anything you could think of needing for a weekend on the road.

Charese was an exceptional host. It was our first time RV’ing and she made the experience seamless and enjoyable. Highly recommended! RV was easy to drive, clean, and had all the comforts one could ask for.
