Communication was great for delivery and pick up if trailer. Small hiccup on delivery time but owner communicated and challenges happen. Trailer was exactly like photos.

The RV was a clean. we expected it to have heat but didnt, or we couldnt figure it out.Confirming a pick up time was difficult. Worked out in the end.

Everything was absolutely perfect and was setup for us! The only downside was the fridge was not working which I was warned about prior to our arrival date, she was a great communicator!

Kailyn arrived 1.5 hours late and although extremely courteous, it was chaotic and we had to keep our truck running for that entire time plus the orientation due to our dogs needing to be in the A/C. We were without propane the entire trip which meant the 4 meals we brought to cook were not made and we ate sandwiches and snacks every day. The worst part was no hot showers… for $800 rental and the $240 campground fees, I could have stayed at a local resort. Very frustrating.

Rv was all set up and ready to go. As a former rv owner it was nice being able to get to camp not have to stress about setting everything up. The rv came fully stocked with towels, linens, coffee and many other items. Owner definitely goes above and beyond with her rental. We would definitely rent from her again.
