Communication was very good. The guy who comes out with the delivery, Mike, does a great job setting things up quickly and explains things very well! The advertising says this camper is brand new but it isn't, no big deal... and is super basic but we did have all of our basic needs. Would really have liked solar-power for late evening and early mornings!! Pricing is a bit high for what you get and all the add ons should simply be included IMHO. (Compressor, outdoor Mat, additional canopy for shade + after trip dumping) Overall it was so pleasant having a place to stay right on the beach, off dana point, at the Doheny campsite!! Thank you for the delivery!! The Outdoorsy app was quite simple and stress free for finding a place to stay while away from home. I appreciate everyone who made our 3 night vacation happen. I will try it again. I will also refer my friends to this renter and to this website!

This is my first time renting an rv to go camping with my granddaughter. When I picked it up, the rv was still being prep. When I received it, the inside and outside was dirty. The fresh water was at half full, I sewer tank indicator wasn’t working but I was still charge a $150.00 Prep fee. I am requesting a refund for the prep fee because it wasn’t fully prep. I hope this is resolve the way it should because of the lack of preparation of your rv rental. Paul Kama

Jehad’s team was amazing! Our family had a great time and loved the RV! They set everything up for us. Upon arrival we were automatically comforted by AC, TV, and shade.

Jehad and his team were amazing! Flexible and responsive. Ended up being able to drop my trailer off a few hours earlier than originally booked after some advanced discussion. Mike who delivered the trailer was very nice and informative. My family and I had an amazing time camping and are looking forward to our next trip!

Great experience! Mike who delivered it was awesome and easy to talk to! The beds were amazingly comfortable! A bit too small for my family of 4, not much room to cook and my husband couldn’t fit in the shower. But overall it was really nice!

Such a smooth rental process. We opted for delivery which made it easy for us and they were so friendly and helpful.
It is a typical trailer bed, so we did have to put our own padding on top of the bed to make it a bit more comfortable. But other than that, no issues at all!
