LANCE IS A GREAT HOST. HE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND. THE AIRSTREAM WAS IN IMPECCABLE CONDITION. WOULD RENT FROM HIM AGAIN. THANK YOU LANCE!

LAST UPDATE: Outdoorsy settled the dispute and is giving us a refund worth one night. Sadly, Lance isn't reimbursing enough to cover one night or even the spare tire we bought. While we appreciate Outdoorsy's efforts, we are very disappointed about Lance and won't recommend him.UPDATE: Learned today that Lance filed a claim with Outdoorsy claiming WE damaged his trailer. I was forced to upload photos of before and after and receipt of money we paid. We asked for consideration from Lance to refund us at least one night and to reimburse us our costs for the repairs we made. Instead, I received notice that a claim was filed for our trip. So disappointing. Will not be renting from Lance or through Outdoorsy ever again.Lance was great about renting us his trailer at the last minute after our other rental fell through due to mechanical failure. Unfortunately, his trailer was not ready to go when we retrieved it. Had to make a couple of repairs including buying a spare tire before we left on our 18-day trip. And we came back early because the CO2 alarm kept going off in the middle of the night. We had to turn off propane because we were trying to resolve alarms. We’ve asked Lance for some cost consideration for these problems, but have not yet received a response. I’ll update if we come to a resolution.

Lance made it work for us when I was scrambling to find a reservation last minute. The trailer was very very clean and in great condition all around. We enjoyed the trailer and I’d highly recommend Lance and his trailer for anyone.

Pros:
-The trailer was the perfect size and weight for our tow vehicle (GMC Yukon w/ Tow package).
-Great floor plan for a family of 4.
-Trailer was in great shape for being a 2012, furniture is comfortable and mechanically (plumbing and electrical) worked fine.

This was our first time and Lance was amazing. We had an awesome experience and can’t wait to do it again!! Lance made this as easy and flawless from when I first reached out till the time I returned the trailer. Definitely A+ service n highly recommend for your next vacation!!

Lance was always available for a text or a call when we had a questions about the trailer, which we really appreciated. This trailer is REALLY nice for the value - we just wish it had a generator! But I would definitely recommend this rental to friends and family.
