Had the RV for 10 days, Jonathan was great. I was super impressed by the hospitality shown. The onboard generator wasn't working, so he had added one to the rear. Worked flawlessly. The review on outdoorsy before our trip wasn't great, but I think that was mostly all operator error (slide worked everytime, generator worked everytime, we crammed the fridge full of food, and even the freezer with 40#of fish, and I used the screwdriver from the provided toolkit to tighten those loose screws and a couple other that come loose from driving an RV on Alaskan roads ;) ). Communication from Jonathan was great, he really cares about you have a great time! We got 4 adults and three kids (10-16) in it for 10d and it was pretty comfortable.

Onan Generate was not working had one on rear of motor home that was loud, had to run it most of the time as the refrigerator would not keep the food cold on gas, had to have batteries changed on day three.Slide would not go out or in without the generator running.
The microwave would not work without the generator also running.
Screen door was loose only had three screws holding it on out of nine, six were loose
Generator was the biggest issue with the noise especially at night as you could not get a good nights sleep.
Main problem is that he knew about this weeks in advance but waited until two days before I was due to pick up the motor home to let me know. There was no time to get another one.

The RV doesn't miss anything. We where a group of 5 and we never felt lacking any space. It has excellent beds, very good toilet, spacious kitchen and a lot of outdoor cupboards. You get the feeling that this RV is your own and not a rental (people that rent often know what I mean :) ). I look forward to rent again in the future. Thanks again Jonathan!

very clean rv with complete amenities. All you have to do is bring food and enjoy the trip. Communication with Jonathan was great. He accomodate our delivery and pick up time. We'll definitely rent this rv again in future travels.
