Wow, what a great trip thanks to "Jake the Jayco" and it's amazing host! We actually rented a different RV from a different host that unfortunately broke down on our first day out - this host went out of their way to prepare the RV and drive it to us the same day so we could continue our vacation without any delay. We spent four weeks rv'ing around the West in this easy-to-drive fuel-efficient rig making a lot of great memories. It's a perfect size for a couple or small family, and the host has all the add-ons available to complete the camping experience.

The owner knowingly issued us an unsafe vehicle with a flat back tire. They did not tell us there was a problem with the tire even though we booked the RV for nearly two weeks and told them that we would be traveling out of state for a trip over 2,000 miles both ways.

Sheldon and his family were not sent out with an unsafe vehicle. All the tires were being checked and topped off upon their arrival, as we would with any renter. He was assured that it was not due to a flat tire, as the vehicle had been checked for one. Sheldon and his wife Monica took this opportunity to create a false narrative of putting his family in danger after having damaged the RV in several ways. Sheldon refused to take advantage of the roadside service available to all renters should mishaps occur. Up until the point that additional damage was discovered upon return, "didn't want to let us know because that's how much fun [they] were having" and up until we filed a claim for the damage we were "five star."
Unfortunately this is a retaliatory review met with additional harassment and threats from this renter.
Our aim is to always provide our renters with the best possible experience, safety being of the utmost importance, and solve any issues that arise with RV use with prompt service.
