All as advertised. Clean, well functional trailer. Canopy, air conditioner, bathroom facilities all good. We were shown how all aspects of the trailer worked. No downsides, all A-1, and I would recommend this camper to anyone.

Pros: great little camper. Loved the bunk beds. Easy to pull and park. After I cleaned it well it was a great, basic trailer that met our needs. Owner very easy to contact. Flexible drop off time was convenient. Good location for pick up/drop off.
