Everything about this rental was great except the drop off, which is a major component when you pay the fees for delivery and set up. The driver, who was not the owner of the RV, was combative and unknowledgeable about parking and setting up an RV. We had friends at the campsite that had to back the trailer in, level it, show the driver how to hook up water and sewer, pop out the extension and secure the trailer. The driver created confusion and chaos and ultimately was asked to leave the campground and never return for being aggressive to the teenager at the front desk of the campground.
Cleanliness is 2 because when the driver tried to hook the water line up, he flooded the entire trailer with toilet water.
From there, we didn’t have anymore issues.
To rectify the major inconvenience of a botched setup, I suggested the owner reimburse the prep fee and service fee, totaling $180, since these were the areas that lacked service all together.
The owner has since been unresponsive.

I called the campground and they said that never happened. It’s as if it is completely fabricated. I was also informed it was your husband that hooked the water line up to the RV so he caused the mess, not the driver.
