I had an absolutely fantastic experience renting from James through Outdoorsy! From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations.Communication: James was incredibly responsive throughout the entire process. Every question I had was answered promptly and thoroughly, which gave me complete confidence in the rental. His communication style was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful.The Trailer: The trailer was immaculate and exactly as described in the listing - no surprises or disappointments whatsoever. It was clear that James takes great pride in maintaining his equipment to the highest standards. Everything was clean, well-organized, and ready for our adventure.Delivery & Setup: The delivery was seamless and right on schedule.Overall Experience: This rental made our camping trip absolutely perfect. James clearly cares about providing an excellent experience for his renters, and it shows in every aspect of the service.
