Nila is originally from the idyllic Central Coast of California and is currently homesteading on the Big Island of Hawai'i with her two cats, Luna and Leo. She has a background in yoga, Ayurveda, body, and energy work. She completed her Master's in Social Work and specializes in treating individuals with complex trauma using a somatic-based approach. Nila is interested in ecotherapy and the healing power of plants. Her hobbies include swimming, snorkeling, hot springs, yoga, meditation, cooking, walking, hiking, camping, road trips, travel, and herbalism.
