First, our experience with the owner, Denis, was phenomenal. He was very quick to respond and truly wonderful. Three days in to our twelve day road trip, the vehicle broke down on us. We spent six hours on the side of the interstate, which put us behind, leading to canceling/rescheduling campsites and stops along the way. We spoke to Outdoorsy customer service several times and they also were also
helpful and easy to communicate with. We had a mobile mechanic come to us and got the vehicle running again (we were immediately reimbursed by Denis for the mobile mechanic), but dealt with continued mechanical problems. We ended up bringing the camper to a repair shop a couple days later and they were thankfully able to get the vehicle running reliably the same day. We continued to have a check engine light, and some rough transmission shifts, but were able to continue on our trip. With regular maintenance and repairs, this could be a great vehicle for adventuring. Overall, good trip though!

Denis is the best! No issues with the rental, any roadside questions we had he was happy to help dig into. Wonderful rental.

Be forewarned that all drivers must be added while booking!! Not Denis’s fault, that’s on Outdoorsy. Denis is great!! Very flexible, very responsive.

Absolutely use this host and enjoy the RV...we did! Incredible host especially for first time RVers. Patient, informative, and flexible. RV was well stocked and in great condition. RV drove easily and provided quiet retreat in multiple, five state trip from suburban camping to wild WV glamping.

Denis was an incredible host and the RV worked exactly as planned. Would absolutely recommend anyone looking to take a trip, Denis is the guy to work with!

This RV was the perfect rental for our family of four to enjoy the holiday weekend. There was enough space for everyone to sleep, it was in great condition and everything worked great! It even had extra essentials for cooking!
