Our first camper rental. I have camped in a pop-up when I was young. This is a step up for sure. It was great to have a frig, microwave, shower and toilet without having to walk to the bathhouse at the camp ground. Mike explained everything on the outside and Deb explained the inside. Everything went smooth, no issues. Saw the review about water leak. We had no issue, I connected to the water system and everything functioned without error. Not sure why the other guy had some many issues? We had no issues with the trailer. This is a perfect size for a young family. The beds were comfortable and plenty of space in them.

Our first one-way rental. Everything went very smoothly. Excellent communications to arrange pickup and to have trailer returned. Perfect for our family of 5 for two weeks. Would definitely rent again and refer friends. Thank you, Michael!

Great. Everything worked and it was located near my home and that made it even better. Owner was great to work with. They answered all my questions and made sure my truck was safe to tow the trailer. We really enjoyed the trailer.

R E N T E R B E W A R E ! ! !In short, the RV had a rotten floor in the bathroom that felt like you were going to fall through it. Because of it the toilet was unusable because if you sat on it it felt like it was going to break off. You could wiggle it easily back and forth like a loose tooth. The holding tank gauge/info center was stuck so it looked like it was always partially full. We didn’t realize this until pumping out to find the tanks were almost empty. We didn’t use plumbing for days, because we thought we were full. There was a leak coming out of the wall, that from my best guess, was coming from behind the shower. It was flowing freely enough that we couldn’t hook up to city water without saturating the floor, furniture, or our belongings. Throughout the process, we communicate all discoveries immediately to Michael, one of the owners. His responses were consistently that he didn’t know, thanked me for the information and offered no consolation. Honestly, he seemed more irritated than anything.Upon drop-off and during inspection, we discussed all of the issues in detail. I showed him numerous pictures of the issues. He had very little response, but the co-owner, Deborah, was exceedingly apologetic. She completed the inspection and paperwork, and noted no damage on our behalf. She was adamant that due to the copious issues with the trailer, we shouldn’t be liable for anything. Michael, however, was upset about cosmetic damage to a wheel rim. Throughout minor bickering between the two of them, Deborah was insistent that there be no charges associated with the wheel rim. Just as I was about to sign the drop-off inspection paperwork, Michael swept in, crossed out her assessment, and wrote in the wheel damage. In the column where any possible charges were to be annotated, be only put the date, and no amount. (Now the crazy thing is, on the form itself it says, “...forms that have been altered after signature, and forms that have been crossed out or overwritten may result in denial of any security deposit….”!!!) Based on Deborah's insistence that there be no charges, and that she was the owner on the paperwork, I assumed that we had agreed to the assessment and I left.
