Hi, I’m Nick and my family and I live in Buford, Ga about 30 minutes outside of downtown Atlanta. My wife and I are proud parents to two young boys (3&1yrsOLD), and we purchased our Thor Four Winds 23U less than a year ago with less than 15k miles on her, so that we can start traveling to remote Appalachian Mountain campsites in our free time, as well as rent it out for others to enjoy. I work in RV sales for a reputable dealership, and I service our coach meticulously. Whether you are new to camping or have plenty of experience, I will respectfully demonstrate a thorough walkthrough of the motorhome full hookups at the campsite, running the generator, etc. with my renters prior to their departure in order to provide a easy & worry free camping experience. I have no idea how this guy gits 5 star reviews unless he switches RVs. He does show that he has 2 RVs We rented the RV he names Making Memories 2. It shows Freedom Elite on the front an back. The pictures he posts are nothing like what the unit is like now. The unit has over 93000 miles on it and was so dirty that my wife refused going anyplace with it until it was cleanded. He says that he works for an RV place but there are many problems with the unit that needs to be fixed. Repair items include:some of the blinds are held up with zip ties, awing is wire up and unusable, water leaks from somewhere around the water heater area continuously, gas counter top is missing cover, what appeared to be soap power was dumped and left is several cabinets, TV was completely broken including the screen, the Black Tank sensor always showed full, back up camera does not seem to work, the bathroom sink drain was dirty with hair stuck in the drain, the unit was stacked with only 3 towels and 1 washcloth, the outdoor storage cabinet cannot be locked because of a key broken off in the lock, the radio blue tooth or usb plug would not work, and there is a spot on the floor that feels soft, like it is rotting underfoot.

The pictures you see, are not the RV you get. I chose this particular RV because it said the owner was a RV salesperson, so I thought that meant that he would take good care of his product. The RV is so disappointing. I do not understand how it is even rented out to people. The table/bed had crums under it and feels unclean. I returned it a day early.
1) Owner aware, TV doesn't work.
2) Outdoor grill missing hose.
3) No support blocks for fill line.
4) RV not cleaned prior to picking up. Finger prints from previous patrons on window.
5) Horrible smell in fridge
6) Awning doesn't work.
7) Air filter FILTH
8) Dishes provided were dirty, one had mold over plate.

Communication with Nick was great! RV was as expected (the tv was busted-kids were sad about not getting a movie night in an RV but they were just fine). Got us to Colorado and back with no issues! Overall had a great trip in the RV!

Nice Host. Excellent communication. Answered all questions promptly. Was very easy to learn to operate the vehicle. Runs very smooth. All the accessories and elements were functional. No trouble at all. RV was v clean and tidy. Would recommend. Excellent for the price.
