If I were you I would stay away from this so called RV rental company. There trailers are no good. I booked with Chris for Memorial day weekend 5/2025. They trailer we got from Chris was horrible. We had to have one the they guys that owned a really nice RV come help us out. The first thing he notices that the sewer line wasn't hooked up properly and then he told us be careful because the stairs didn't have a pin to hold the stairs up correctly. I'm so glad I got the young guys contact information because I'm taking this company to court. Chris charged my debit card $1060.00 for a deposit when he should have only charged me $500.00. Chris did credit me back $500 which it should have been $560.00. So we're got up to take a shower and the toilet over flooded so I called Chris he told me to go to the back of the RV and pull the black button I told him it was to tight I could he asked if I could pull the gray button I was able to pull it. The handle on the black button was broken, Chris reply oh those do breake. So Chris charged my debit card 5/28/2025 4× $625.00 then

Let me first say that the owners of the trailer were wonderful. We did have some problems, but they went overboard to try to make things work. The experience was not spectacular because of technical problems with new technology. The power that runs the lights, usb ports, alarms etc is created by the solar panels that send power to the batteries through the Inverter, The problem was that the inverter did not work. Therefore we had no heat, lights, coffee maker, usb and when the power to the alarm system fell short the alarms went of ALL NIGHT LONG!
We would probably rent again from these folks because of thier service. Christopher set up the coach in a timely and complete manner. The owner (David I think) was truly sorry that we had been inconvienced and wanted to make it right, any way he could. We found it intollorable to continue our stay because we were not able to get sleep, and so we went home early.

Kristopher was great to work with. Lots of communication and timely delivery and pick up.
Definitely will be renting from Kristopher again. The trailer was Great too. Highly recommend.
