DO NOT RENT!!!Generator didn’t work. No hot water (was told we could use the cold water shower outside of the camper only). Bald tires. Cab AC fan didn’t work. Linens were supposed to be provided but after driving 2 hours to our campsite we only found linens for 2 of our 5 guests after we confirmed 5 people with the host. We ended up buying sleeping bags so we could sleep with something for the evening which the host said they wouldn't cover. Host wasn’t helpful for any of the issues other than telling us to take it up with Outdoorsy. I asked for 20% off which I thought was more than reasonable with the host dismissing the issues. Check out the pictures of the tires. Would you put your family in an RV like this?!?
