I was surprised the unit was not setup when we arrived. We rented the unit for 4 nights and due to the bedding comfort we could only use it 2 nights. We ended up having to rent a cabin at the same campground. I would suggest upgrading the mattresses to enhance the comfort. They hosts were very nice and timely with answering questions. The unit itself was the issue.
