It was a great trip in a great rv. Easy to tow, set up and use. Was comfortable with a powerful AC for the heat. Used an inverter generator to power the ac and fridge as there was no hook ups.

Frank is a wonderful person to deal with. He is very flexible and took the time to educate me a day before my trip. His toolkit, which is fully stocked with everything you need for camping, was a lifesaver. When I arrived and realized I didn't have the right size back Hitch, Frank didn't hesitate to accompany me to find the 2x2 Hitch, which was necessary to properly hitch the trailer.
Frank also provided his contact number in case I needed him, and he was very supportive in answering any questions I had.
Frank also gifted me a Bluetooth speaker, of which I am grateful.

Great experience for first time travelling with trailer! definitely recommend Frank and his sweet mobile home, he is very professional and thinkful. Prepared everything I need for the trip, even coffee and bottle water. Trailer was clean and all sanitized, like new condition, and Frank will give you full instruction for new trailer driver like me. Will definitely book again with him.

Great experience, Jianfeng (Frank) was very helpful in explaining everything about the trailer and accessories.
Everything needed and more was provided, great setup.
The trailer itself was great, my family loved it so much we are looking to plan another trip and hopefully rent it again. Highly recommended great experience.

Feng was a good host. My brake controller seemed to not work, his also didn't work. Feng drove me to uhaul to buy a new one which also didn't work.
I unfortunately couldn't take his trailer for a trip, but Feng was good about it and said he'd give me a deal next time I book.
Feng was very helpful and a good guy, I'll definitely rent from him again.
