We had a great trip with this trailer! It was stocked with everything we could have ever needed and very clean! Chris and his wife are so thoughtful, they even included a sweet little gift basket when we picked it up 😍 Chris was amazing to work with and his wife was so sweet and amazing too. Definitely recommend renting from Chris, you won’t be disappointed!

Ad for rental was very misleading and privacy was violated. When trailer was rented and paid for there was no mention of tracking device which is illegal and violated my family’s right to legal standards. I will be looking into a civil lawsuit for privacy infringements. Secondarily we were not returned our security deposit on the basis that there was sand found on the underside of the vehicle. At the time of rental, Chris’s ad did not mention prohibiting off pavement camping. Had we of known this beforehand, me and my family would have found another trailer on Outdoorsy rental that would accommodate our needs for our family vacation. Upon return trailer was cleaned inside and out to the best of our ability including using a local car wash to go over the exterior and underside of the trailer (short of doing a comprehensive detail). Chris should update his ad to reflect his terms and not hold renters accountable for things that were not listed in the ad at the time of rental.

Hi Zivan,I’m sorry to hear that you’re not satisfied with the rental. I believe we clearly communicated our rules to you and all our guests including that there is a tracker on the trailer. To start, you arrived with an improper tow package that did not include trailer brakes. I went out of my way, even leaving work early, to purchase a Bluetooth brake control system to ensure you and your family would be safe while towing.

Great experience! Super kind and fabulous hosts! Thank you for helping make our trip amazing. We thoroughly appreciated the trailer and all its amenities. Especially the A/C during an extreme heat wave. All instructions given were easy to follow for set up and the lovely welcome basket was so SO sweet! Thank you so much!

Trailer was clean and stocked with everything we needed, plus some! Chris made this trip super easy and was helpful at showing my husband the ins and outs of the trailer. Highly recommend them!

The trailer was great. We loved it. Had all the amenities we needed. The host was great as well. Worked with us for travel changes and explained everything well. The host was also available for us to call or message if we had any problems. The host left a goodies basket for us, which was unexpected and an extra special touch. Highly recommend this trailer and the host.
