Maxime was very friendly and responsive to our questions and the van suited our needs very well. However, there were a few issues worth mentioning that we were not too happy with: Airconditioning did not work (we had many hot days); The van was advertised as 4WD but it was not (this didn’t matter to us); It was advertised to have “fresh bedding” - we understood this to mean blankets, but there were none; Plastic bowls and cutlery were provided but we felt this was unacceptable for a long trip, so we bought our own.
However, our biggest concern was with the Outdoorsy system for taking the security deposit. Due to the processes of Outdoorsy and our bank, at one point we had $3000 of security deposit taken from our account (instead of $1000) leaving us seriously short of money for our trip - this issue should be corrected.

Super expérience avec le campervan de Maxime. Un parfait petit nid d'amour pour notre petite fille et nous. Maxime a été super flexible sur les horaires et très réactif durant notre séjour pr nos questions sur son van. On recommande!

Super belle expérience! Maxime est très flexible, la van est confortable et très bien aménagée. Quelques problèmes au niveau de l’électricité, mais rien qui nous a empêché de profiter de cette belle fin de semaine! Merci
