We had a fantastic time! The RV was nice and cool inside when we arrived, very clean, and in great condition. Everything worked beautifully, and we enjoyed this much more than past hill country visits in an overpriced hotel! Thank you for your professional service and quick communication. Wonderful host.

First off the we weren’t told how to turn on the fridge. Several electrical outlets in the RV didn’t work. We found a rusty utility blade left on the sink. A water spout in the side of the trailer leaked the whole time.

We tried to show you how everything worked but you were rushing us because you were an hour late for pick up. When we still tried to show you how it works, you said you know how to work everything. We offered to drive to the campsite to check the outlets (that are working for us) and fridge and you did not want our help. We txt you about the ON button on the fridge. You have to allow it a few hours for it to cool off. If the water supply line was hooked up properly it would not have leak. It was leaking from the pressure relief valve because you had the water pressure on to high. Plus you told us the leaked had stopped. The blade was left from a worker when he was working on the sink. If you would have allowed us to do the inspection we would have caught it. Then you returned our RV dirty. Broke our breakaway line and took our brandnew box of gloves that was left in there for our use.
