From start to finish Chateau on the go was just what our family needed! Jerome had the RV ready for us before we arrived and gave us a quick walk through of the Chateau. The RV is fully equipped with everything we needed. The mattress was comfy! The bunkhouse our kids loved. We would highly recommend our friends and family to rent this RV! We loved the clear and communication with Christine and Jerome’s punctuality with delivery and pick up!

We had a great time. Lots of fun, food and laughter. However, it was not ever disclosed to us that we could NOT flush toilet paper or even use disposable wipes until the trailer arrived. Had we known this, we would have not rented as that was one of the main reasons for it.

We appreciate you renting with us Stacy! We truly apologize for any confusion in regards to our policy with the septic system. We do however have that information listed in our add in the “Other things to note” section. It can be found In the black and gray tank description. We simply ask that toilet paper and flushable wipes are put in the trash cans provided. This helps to keep the sensors from getting blocked and giving you the best experience and reading of the black tanks during your trip.

A wonderful first family trip to Lawsons Landing Camp Ground with an amazing conforable trailer. We were blessed with the BEST experience as the hosts were super accommodating, communicative, and super helpful. We can't wait to rent from them again in the near future. We had a really experience! Trailer is equipped with everything you need. The owners were super prompt with answering any questions we had before our trip and even during our trip. The trailer is spacious and perfect for a family trip.

It was great experience the only thing we would of liked the linens for all the beds to be supplied so we didn’t have to bring all that stuff but other then that it was great

Do not rent this trailer! They will penny pinch you for every penny you have. We stayed with seven people in this trailer for Labor Day weekend. We were charged $50 for propane refill, we were charged $25 to use the adapter for the generator even though we never used it, we were charged $175 for excessive cleaning fee because we flush toilet paper down the toilet. Christine and Jerome’s expectation was that we would take every piece of toilet paper and put it in the trash and flush no toilet paper at all. I expressed early on that I was concerned about the number of fees popping up prior to our rental and I wish I would’ve gone with my gut. After paying almost $900 for the rental we are now paying another $250 in fees. Save yourself the struggle and rent with someone else who knows what they’re doing. This was the first time Christine and Jerome rented their family trailer and it shows.

Propane tank refill is a standard charge listed on our rental. The adapter was asked to be left, which is also an agreed-upon charge of $25. $175 fee for excessive cleaning and snake that was required was due to Mallory unfortunately clogging the toilet. We’re sorry your experience was not satisfactory.
