Hello everyone My name is Grady “Chip” Brown Jr. I to add to your Outdoor experience with my Camper! My son and I have enjoyed camping and being outdoors as we play Travel Baseball️ almost every weekend so we’re on the road a lot!! Decided to list our camper here to offset some of the hotel costs we endure on the road so Much! I hope you enjoy this camper as much as we have!!!

Leading up to our trip Grady's communication was good. But once we arrived to check in to the travel Trailer it all went down from there. Before excepting keys we did a walk around and through. There were a list of issues. We wanted to make Grady aware of these things so that we werent help liable. The stabalizing footers were broken/bench so unable to be used, the awning arm was bent so we dont even know if it operated, the entire camper was filthy dirty with urine still all over the toilet. The TV and kitchen basics listed were not there. It has rained prior to our arrival and water leaked in onto the bottom bunk bed. We stated that we were still going to accept the trailer but requested out of good faith he refund us the $75 cleaning fee we were charged. Grady Promptly responded back with a do not complain or GET OUT! I will come get the trailer no problem. Then asked what time worked for the next morning. We took that as we were being kicked out for bringing this to his attention, so we canceled our space reservation with sun outdoors and travel trailer reservation with outdoorsy. Needless to say b/c he was such a peach to deal with he never picked up his trailer until what was supposed to be the end of our reservation. But jokes on him b/c all charges have been refunded after a dispute with outdoorsy and our bank. He has also been banned per what sun outdoors has told us. Attached you can see for your self how dirty it was. DO NOT WAIST TIME or MONEY on this clown.

Worst experience ever with an rv rent, Super Dirty everything, the guy did setup the RV, the level jacks where broken, didn't bring the RV with Propane Gas, i have to buy one, and then the water heater doesnt work at all, and the owner never reply to the message,
