The hosts were very responsible and communicative throughout the entire rental experience. What impressed us most was their strong sense of responsibility, proactive effort to resolve issues in a timely and effective manner, and genuine care for the guests’ experience — always thinking from the renter’s perspective. Truly some of the best hosts we’ve worked with.
