Host was very responsive and the RV was just as described. Rental went great! I have already recommended Outdoorsy.com and will definitely utilize the host and unit again!

The host was very nice and walked us through everything important we needed to know about the RV. First camping trip with the little kids and this made the trip a heck of a lot easier then setting up a tent and sleeping on the ground :) Will definitely be doing again in the near future.

The host was a nice person but overall the RV was unprepared for the trip.
-It was coming from service so we had to wait 8 hours for the refrigerator to "come to temp" which meant putting our items into the freezer - it doesnt work on generator due to a known problem.
-The RV steps motor was out so we brought our own footstool to climb in and out. We found out during pickup.
-The generator stopped working on the last day because the RV was low on oil.
-The entrance door had to be closed very hard & loudly to open and close properly.
-Flipping the hot water on would cause the microwave to power down and not restart until later.
-Her firestick was unusable so I bought a roku from Walmart with a working remote & batteries.
-With a hefty $100 pet fee, no generator working, we cleaned inside but neglected the final sweep (getting the broken swiffer handle from behind the couch). Un-swept floor with loose dog hair cost us an additional $250, which I didn't protest despite being pricey.

Our family drove this across a few states for Christmas. The truck itself was reliable and got us there however it was obvious the truck had not been thoroughly cleaned between users. The interior was dirty/untidy. Floors weren't clean and covered in enough dirt to turn the bottom of my daughter's feet brown. Residual dog hair left over on the seats. And mold in the crevices of the area above the driver/passenger. It was also the loudest ride - any speed over 30mph created noise stemming from the stove and the windows that was deafening.

Christine was a fantastic host!! Excellent communication and very accommodating for a last minute family trip for the holidays. I would encourage anyone to rent one of Christine’s vehicles, whether it’s your first trip or 100th. Thanks, Christine!

In general the RV was good, We had some generator issues but Christine was very helpful, she responded to all our communications And she even gave us a walk-through before we rent plus working with her through the process was easy and simple.

Had such a great experience renting from Christine. She provided such a thorough walkthrough and explanation of the features of the RV. She was also quick to respond to questions both before and during the trip. Would recommend and especially helpful if it is your first time. Hope to rent again!

The RV ran great on the highway. The down size was the door going into the unit had been damaged and the dead bolt got stuck and the lock had to be taken apart the next morning to unlock, lock needs to be replaced. There was also a propane leak we could smell periodically when we entered the unit.
