Jason was great to work with. He was flexible and responsive. This was our first experience with a class B RV and we were not disappointed. We appreciated that the owners provided linens and the bed was surprisingly comfortably although a little short for my 6' 4" husband. The RV was easy to drive and we were thankful. for the back up camera. The downside was that the RV rattled quite a bit while driving, the microwave was not working, the drawers and refrigerator would not stay closed while driving, and the lpg tank read empty. Overall, I would recomme d Jason and his RV to others.

Jason had great communication leading up to the trip which helped with the planning process. Walk thru was helpful given it was our first time with a camper. Camper was easy to drive and maneuver. Lots of storage space. This was definitely the way to go especially for our first camping trip with our 1yr old. Bed does not fold away but was super comfy. DVD player kept having pop ups re internet connection which we used mainly to distract the baby during the long drives. Did not have materials to create sleeping space at the front of the van. Super happy overall with the experience!!

Thank you for your review. Just to clarify we do have available the cabbunk system (generally good for young children under 5’5) for the front as well as a blow up mattress but needs to be requested.

Jason was great to work with on the rental of their camper van "Freedom". Once we connected he answered all our questions about the van we coordinated a pick up. My wife and I have started to look into buying a camper van ourselves and this Hymer Aktiv 2.0 with Ecotrek package set the bar very high for any others. Hymer makes a preimum van outfitted with everything you could want.
