Had some issues with the camper and overall experience. We would not rent this unit or from this owner again.
Camper quality, cleanliness, maintenance, communication: Fridge had mold growing in it which we had to clean ourselves the day after we picked it up. Camper door was pretty difficult to latch from the inside. Dump pipe cap was EXTREMELY difficult to open, to the point where we almost thought we were gonna have to take it to a repair shop to open it. Bed was very uncomfortable, we had to buy 2 extra mattress toppers ourselves for ~$80 to add to it. Could not get power in the camper for the first day, and when we texted the owner for help, he did not provide any information and just told us to look it up ourselves (which we had already done, I literally downloaded the camper owner manual online) or call Outdoorsy support. Additionally, after our rental was already done and we had returned the camper, he texted me saying that his new renters were having a similar issue and asked me how I figured it out. I found that quite insulting, given that he didn't offer any help or information to us when we couldn't get power.

We had a great experience renting from Russell! The trailer was clean, exactly as described, and everything worked perfectly.

RV was good size for my wife and 6 month baby. Perfect for 1st time RV users .

Russell was great! So was the RV. We only wanted the RV from Fri- Sun but was more convenient to pick it up on Thur and return on Monday. Russell didn't charge us for the extra nights (only got ins). He fully explained everything and let us use the generator for free! Much needed in 100 degree weather. Perfect size for 2 of us. OH and we were also able to bring our Westie. Not many rentals allow pets. We don't travel without him. Overall, great experience. Will us again for sure!

As an RV first timer, this trailer fit perfectly for us. Easy to tow, maneuver and manage. Russel was great host, explained me how to operate and getting to know the details of his trailer. I do recommend it, especially of you are a first timer like me.

Excellent RV in great condition. Russel is a wonderful person and communication with him during the trip was great. I would highly recommend this unit.
