RV was in great working order - no problems at all with any systems and the AC worked great in the heat wave! Shaogang was an excellent host - even taking extra time to help me with safety tips for towing, since I am newer to the process and towing with an SUV rather than a truck.

Simon was a great host, went over everything in detail and was able to provide support around minor functionality questions during trip.
