The staff is amazing! They are kind and accommodating. Access to the facilities during the van rental is a big plus. Note that the parking space is not dedicated to the van while it is rented. Will definitely use their vans again, they are awesome!

The camper was very comfortable, spacious, and included everything we needed to have a successful and fun camping trip. We went all the way to Tofino and the van ran great! It’s also very good on gas. Definitely recommend to anyone looking to explore the beauty of Vancouver island.

Awesome time with the van, we were frequently delighted with how well it was equipped in terms of camping stuff. You can really just grab it and hit the road. Extremely convenient to be able to use the hostel to shower / hang out. Even if you just wanted to stay in Victoria the van is a great deal as it is cheaper than renting a car and also covers accomodation. Trips to the bathroom in the middle of the night are about the only downside but hey the cheapest van/accom rental in Victoria can't always be the best. We went in early october and it was always warm enough. Didn't get around to trying the DVD player but maybe next year. Ocean Island will definitely be the first place we consider staying for our next trip out west. Staff was very friendly even though it was obviously a very busy place. 5/5
