Out experience with "Eric Eric" was a rough one, first of all his name is not Eric his name is Imeh, Communication with him started out great but then as time went on we'd come to realize that Imeh bought this trailer, does not clean it and does not maintain it and frankly has no idea how it works.The trailer did not come equipped with many of the things it was supposed to be equipped with. These things range from safety items to basic amenities. Some examples of this are a Weight Distribution hitch which he said he had, but he only had part of and because he is not the one that inspects the trailer or cleans it and frankly im not sure anyone does part of it was missing and I had to spend over $300 buying my own just so we could have our trip. He also claimed that the unit had a generator, it did not he said that the previous guy who rented it from him had it stolen.In addition to that the trailer had multipe issues, torn up floors, shades that when you tried to extend them just ripped in half even with the most gentle of touches. It had old food and belongings from previous renters, or someone who used it. The sheets and pillows were filthy we didn't even use them. All of the towels and linens inside of the trailer were dirty as well. We spent the first few hours that we had it, checking other maintenance items to make sure it was in good condition and safe condition to take our trip. We mopped, wiped down all the furniture, and cleaned every surface. It even came with full black and gray tanks that we had to empty.Imeh was responsive the first night we got it, trying to solve the multitude of issue we had, he even offered a full refund of the rental and insisted that he cancelled the rental (even after we had it) so we could just take it for the weekend. We didn't feel good about that because we know that part of the rental includes an insurance policy and we told Imeh we would settle it when we came back from our trip. After our trip he came and picked the trailer up from our home, we showed him the pre-existing damage and told him we still expected a refund, he tried to write us a check for $300, but we decided we would rather work through outdoorsy to handle it. I looked up how to solve this issue and sent Imeh the information and after several attempts to solve the issue with him, each without any response we resorted to contacting outdoorsy directly.Do NOT rent from this person.
